At RamTouch, we understand the importance of getting your EV charger and charging cables to you swiftly. We make every effort to process your order quickly so you can power up your electric vehicle as soon as possible.
Our RamTouch products are dispatched from our warehouses located in either the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), depending on the destination country and the availability of the item in stock.
All RamTouch orders placed on our UK site will be shipped from our UK warehouse.

At this time, our RamTouch products are exclusively available for sale within EU and UK countries.
We aim to dispatch all RamTouch orders within 1 working day of purchase. During peak periods, processing may extend to 3 working days. However, we always strive to dispatch your product as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information (shipped via AMZ, DHL, GLS, UPS, or other carriers).
Please note that once your RamTouch order has been submitted, we are unable to amend the shipping address or cancel the order.
Your RamTouch order will require 1-2 business days for processing. The following delivery options are available:

For the purpose of this policy, "working days" are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
"Delivery by dates" are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we at RamTouch do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries may take longer due to customs provisions, unexpected delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
As a RamTouch customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK & EU consumer protection regulations. For more information about returns and refunds, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Upon arrival, please inspect your RamTouch order for any damage, missing, or incorrect items. Report any visible damage upon arrival within 48 hours to avoid additional freight charges. We are not liable for such issues after 30 business days or for lost or stolen items. Claims for missing or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier.
Our shipping terms indicate that while the risk of loss and ownership transfer to you upon the carrier accepting the shipment, RamTouch is committed to assisting you in filing claims for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within 2 full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All claims should be made within thirty days of the shipping date.
