The RamTouch 3.7 kW portable EV charger is a mobile Mode 2 IC-CPD charging cable engineered for electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids equipped with a Type 2 charging inlet. It connects directly to standard European Schuko sockets, delivering up to 3.7 kW of power at 230 V and 16 A without the need for fixed wallbox installations. This configuration provides up to 22 km of range per hour of charging under optimal conditions. - 2.4-Inch LCD Color Screen: Monitor real-time operational data clearly during the charging cycle, including active current, voltage, temperature, and cumulative energy consumption through an intuitive UI.
- 5-Stage Current Adjustment: Offers flexible power regulation with 5 selectable current levels: 6A, 8A, 10A, 13A, and 16A. This feature allows you to adapt the power load precisely to the capacity of the socket and the power supply.
- Smart Control Ecosystem: Equipped with advanced microchip functions including Delay Start, a Session Timer, an Energy Cost Display, a Charging Data Summary, and a Smart Memory feature that automatically saves your last selected current setting.
- TÜV SÜD Certified Reliability: Fully compliant with international safety mandates, the Mode 2 IC-CPD system is TÜV SÜD certified to rigorous EN IEC 62752 standards. The engineering features an IP67 waterproof control box and an IP65 weather-rated Type 2 vehicle connector.
- 13-Layer Protection System: Outfitted with robust AC 30 mA + DC 6 mA residual current protection (RCD), overvoltage safeguards, undervoltage safeguards, and overcurrent cutoff. Integrated dual NTC sensors provide continuous thermal monitoring for both the Schuko plug and the internal control box, utilizing a Smart Self-Recovery mechanism to bypass temporary grid faults.

Safe Operation Guidelines
Please use this charging hardware exclusively with a certified Schuko socket that is in excellent electrical condition. For prolonged high-power charging sessions, always verify that the plug and socket interface are firmly coupled, entirely dry, and free from loose connections, signs of localized overheating, or visible thermal damage.

xRamTouch Warranty Information Summary
RamTouch products (including EV Chargers, EV Cables, and related accessories) are covered by a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty is provided by iGreen Power Technology Co., Limited.
What the Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials that occur during normal intended use within the applicable warranty period. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part.
Conditions for Warranty Claim Approval:
- You must have purchased the product directly from RamTouch or an authorized dealer.
- You must provide proof of the date of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or order confirmation).
- You must provide a detailed description of the suspected fault or issue.
- You must provide clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue if requested.
- You must have used the product as intended and according to the instructions.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Defects caused by third-party modifications.
- Improper installation.
- Attempted repairs by unauthorized persons.
- Misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).
- Normal wear and tear or material breakdown over time.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

Consumer Rights

Damaged Shipments
Upon arrival, please inspect your order for any damage, missing, or incorrect items. Report any damages immediately to avoid additional freight charges. We are not liable for such issues after 30 business days or for lost or stolen items. Claims for missing or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier.
Risk of Loss
Our shipping terms are FOB shipping point, meaning you assume risk and ownership upon carrier acceptance. While we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we will assist in filing a claim. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within 2 full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All claims should be made within thirty days of the shipping date.
