The RamTouch 7.4 kW portable EV charger features a high-performance 32A CEE Commando industrial plug to Type 2 connector. This configuration delivers up to 45 km (28 miles) of range per hour of charging, performing up to 4 times faster than standard 8A chargers. A built-in intelligent power controller offers 9 adjustable current levels from 6A to 32A, ensuring safe and versatile power regulation whether charging at home or on the road. (Note: Actual charging speeds are subject to the vehicle’s onboard charger and Battery Management System.)

xRamTouch Warranty Information Summary
RamTouch products (including EV Chargers, EV Cables, and related accessories) are covered by a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty is provided by iGreen Power Technology Co., Limited.
What the Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials that occur during normal intended use within the applicable warranty period. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part.
Conditions for Warranty Claim Approval:
- You must have purchased the product directly from RamTouch or an authorized dealer.
- You must provide proof of the date of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or order confirmation).
- You must provide a detailed description of the suspected fault or issue.
- You must provide clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue if requested.
- You must have used the product as intended and according to the instructions.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Defects caused by third-party modifications.
- Improper installation.
- Attempted repairs by unauthorized persons.
- Misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).
- Normal wear and tear or material breakdown over time.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

Important Notes:
- This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
- We may have limited liability for commercial use without prior agreement.
- The warranty is valid only in the country where the product was originally sold.
This warranty process does not affect your statutory legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.

Consumer Rights

Damaged Shipments
Upon arrival, please inspect your order for any damage, missing, or incorrect items. Report any damages immediately to avoid additional freight charges. We are not liable for such issues after 30 business days or for lost or stolen items. Claims for missing or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier.
Risk of Loss
Our shipping terms are FOB shipping point, meaning you assume risk and ownership upon carrier acceptance. While we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we will assist in filing a claim. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within 2 full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All claims should be made within thirty days of the shipping date.
