RamTouch Warranty Information Summary
RamTouch products, including EV chargers, EV cables and related accessories, are covered by a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty is provided by iGreen Power Technology Co., Limited.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials that occur during normal intended use within the applicable warranty period. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part.
Conditions for Warranty Claim Approval
- The product must have been purchased directly from RamTouch or an authorised dealer.
- You must provide proof of the date of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation.
- You must provide a detailed description of the suspected fault or issue.
- You must provide clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue if requested.
- The product must have been used as intended and according to the instructions.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Defects caused by third-party modifications.
- Improper installation.
- Attempted repairs by unauthorised persons.
- Misuse, neglect or accidents.
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents.
- Normal wear and tear or material breakdown over time.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

When submitting a claim, please include your order number or proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos and/or videos showing the fault.
Our support team will review your claim and normally respond within 2 to 3 business days. If the claim is approved, we will guide you through troubleshooting or arrange for repair or replacement.
Important Notes
- This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
- We may have limited liability for commercial use without prior agreement.
- The warranty is valid only in the country where the product was originally sold.
- This warranty process does not affect your statutory legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.
- The use of your personal information for warranty claims is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Order Amendments and Cancellations

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Plug & Socket Compatibility Guide
Before ordering or using any adapter or charging accessory, please check that the plug and socket match exactly. The plug type, socket type, rated current, rated voltage, pin layout and physical size must all be compatible.
UK 13A Plug and Socket
A UK 13A plug is designed for a BS 1363 UK 3-pin socket. It is commonly used with 230V household power in the United Kingdom.
The UK 13A plug is not compatible with Schuko sockets, CEE sockets or other European industrial sockets.
For long-duration high-load use, the socket must be firmly installed, undamaged and in good condition. Do not use a loose, worn, discoloured, cracked or overheated socket.
Schuko Plug and Socket
A Schuko plug is designed for compatible European Schuko sockets, commonly used in many EU countries.
For high-load use, the socket and wiring must be in good condition. Avoid old, loose or worn household sockets.
Blue CEE 16A Plug and Socket
A blue CEE 16A plug is a single-phase industrial connector, normally used for 230V AC applications.
It must be used only with a matching blue CEE 16A socket.
A blue CEE 16A plug and a blue CEE 32A socket are not the same size and are not interchangeable. If your socket is blue CEE 16A, you must choose the blue CEE 16A version.
Blue CEE 32A Plug and Socket
A blue CEE 32A plug is also a single-phase industrial connector, normally used for 230V AC applications, but it is physically larger and rated for higher current than the blue CEE 16A version.
It must be used only with a matching blue CEE 32A socket.
Blue CEE 32A is not compatible with blue CEE 16A. Although both are blue industrial connectors, the plug size, socket size and rated current are different.
If your wall socket is blue CEE 16A, do not order a blue CEE 32A plug version.
Red CEE 16A Plug and Socket
A red CEE 16A plug is a three-phase industrial connector, normally used for 400V AC applications.
It must be used only with a matching red CEE 16A socket.
Red CEE connectors are not compatible with blue CEE connectors. Blue CEE is normally single-phase 230V, while red CEE is normally three-phase 400V.
Red CEE 16A and red CEE 32A are also different physical sizes and are not interchangeable.
General Safety Notes
- Do not rely on colour or appearance only. Always check the rated current, rated voltage, pin configuration and socket type before purchase.
- The safe operating current is limited by the lowest rated part of the full connection chain, including the wall socket, plug, cable, adapter and connected equipment.
- A higher-rated socket or connector does not increase the power available from the input supply. For example, using a product with a 32A socket does not allow 32A operation if the input plug or wall socket is rated for 13A or 16A.
- Do not use any plug or socket that is loose, cracked, burnt, discoloured, corroded, wet, damaged or unusually warm.
- Insert and remove the plug by holding the plug body. Do not pull the cable to remove the plug.
- Keep plugs and sockets clean, dry and well ventilated during use.
- Stop using the product immediately if you notice overheating, burning smell, sparks, deformation, damaged insulation or unstable operation.
