The RamTouch 11 kW portable EV charger features a industrial-grade red 16 A 5-pin CEE plug to Type 2 connector. This robust three-phase configuration supports high-performance charging up to 11 kW at 400 V (3×16 A), delivering approximately 67 km (42 miles) of range per hour of charging under optimal conditions. An integrated intelligent power controller offers 5 selectable current levels: 6A, 8A, 10A, 13A, and 16A, allowing you to adapt the electrical load precisely to your specific socket condition, vehicle requirements, and grid installation capacity. (Note: Actual charging speed remains subject to the vehicle’s onboard charger, battery management system, and immediate charging environment.)

This equipment cannot augment the baseline power limits supplied by the infrastructure. xRamTouch Warranty Information Summary
RamTouch products (including EV Chargers, EV Cables, and related accessories) are covered by a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty is provided by iGreen Power Technology Co., Limited.
What the Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials that occur during normal intended use within the applicable warranty period. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part.
Conditions for Warranty Claim Approval:
- You must have purchased the product directly from RamTouch or an authorized dealer.
- You must provide proof of the date of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or order confirmation).
- You must provide a detailed description of the suspected fault or issue.
- You must provide clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue if requested.
- You must have used the product as intended and according to the instructions.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Defects caused by third-party modifications.
- Improper installation.
- Attempted repairs by unauthorized persons.
- Misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).
- Normal wear and tear or material breakdown over time.

Damaged Shipments
Upon arrival, please inspect your order for any damage, missing, or incorrect items. Report any damages immediately to avoid additional freight charges. We are not liable for such issues after 30 business days or for lost or stolen items. Claims for missing or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier.
Risk of Loss
Our shipping terms are FOB shipping point, meaning you assume risk and ownership upon carrier acceptance. While we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we will assist in filing a claim. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within 2 full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All claims should be made within thirty days of the shipping date.
