xRamTouch Warranty Information Summary
RamTouch products (including EV Chargers, EV Cables, and related accessories) are covered by a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty is provided by iGreen Power Technology Co., Limited.
What the Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials that occur during normal intended use within the applicable warranty period. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part.
Conditions for Warranty Claim Approval:
- You must have purchased the product directly from RamTouch or an authorized dealer.
- You must provide proof of the date of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or order confirmation).
- You must provide a detailed description of the suspected fault or issue.
- You must provide clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue if requested.
- You must have used the product as intended and according to the instructions.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Defects caused by third-party modifications.
- Improper installation.
- Attempted repairs by unauthorized persons.
- Misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).
- Normal wear and tear or material breakdown over time.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

Damaged Shipments
Upon arrival, please inspect your order for any damage, missing, or incorrect items. Report any damages immediately to avoid additional freight charges. We are not liable for such issues after 30 business days or for lost or stolen items. Claims for missing or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier.
Risk of Loss
Our shipping terms are FOB shipping point, meaning you assume risk and ownership upon carrier acceptance. While we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we will assist in filing a claim. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within 2 full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All claims should be made within thirty days of the shipping date.

Yes – it works with all EVs and PHEVs equipped with a Type 2 inlet (EU standard), including Tesla, VW ID.3/ID.4/ID.5, Audi e-tron, BMW i3/i4/iX, Kia EV6, Hyundai IONIQ 5, Renault ZOE, Peugeot e-208, Fiat 500e, and more.
Q2: What kind of plug does it use?
This charger uses a 32A CEE 3-Pin plug (red, 230V single-phase). It is designed for high-power EV charging. Please note: a 32A CEE plug is not compatible with a 16A CEE socket (such as camping/caravan sockets).
Q3: How fast does it charge?
Up to 7.4 kW (32A, single-phase). This provides up to 45 km of driving range per hour of charging — up to 4 times faster than a standard 8A household charger.
Q4: Can I adjust the charging current?
Yes – the charger supports stepwise adjustment: 8A / 10A / 13A / 16A / 32A. This allows safe use with different power supplies and helps avoid circuit overload.
Q5: Does it support delayed charging?
Yes – you can set a scheduled start from 1 to 12 hours. Ideal for charging overnight or during off-peak electricity hours to reduce costs.
Q6: What cable lengths are available?
The charger is available with 6.5 m, 10.5 m, or 15.5 m cable lengths. This ensures flexibility depending on your parking layout.
Q7: Is it safe for outdoor use?
Yes – the charger is IP65 waterproof and dustproof, with a PC housing and robust design. The CEE plug itself has IP44 protection. Suitable for use in garages, driveways, and outdoor parking spaces.

It includes RCD Type A and multiple protections: over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, overheating, short circuit, leakage, and surge protection. All tested to EN 60309-1/2 standards for safety and reliability.
