At RamTouch, we work to process and dispatch your EV chargers, charging cables, and accessories as quickly as possible. This policy explains where we ship from, which countries we currently serve, estimated delivery times, and what to do if there is an issue with your shipment.

Dispatch Within One Working Day

We aim to dispatch RamTouch orders within one working day of purchase. During peak periods, processing may take up to three working days.

Shipping Origin

RamTouch products are dispatched from warehouses located in either the European Union or the United Kingdom, depending on the destination country and stock availability.

RamTouch orders placed on our UK site will be shipped from our UK warehouse.

Product Availability

At this time, RamTouch products are available for sale within the United Kingdom and selected European Union countries.

Our logistics system currently supports delivery only to the countries listed in this shipping policy.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all RamTouch orders within one working day after purchase. During peak periods, processing may take up to three working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders may be shipped via Amazon Logistics, DHL, GLS, UPS, or other suitable carriers depending on your location and the selected delivery method.

Order Amendments

Please check your order information carefully before completing your purchase. Once your order has entered processing or dispatch preparation, we may be unable to amend the shipping address or cancel the order.

If you notice an issue with your order details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Your RamTouch order will usually require one to two business days for processing before delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

As a RamTouch customer, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable UK and EU consumer protection regulations.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your RamTouch order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, packaging, shipping label, and product condition.

Visible damage should be reported within forty eight hours of delivery so that we can review the issue promptly and assist with the carrier claim process where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours, building reception, parcel lockers, or the carrier delivery point first.

If the shipment still cannot be located, please contact us. We will assist you with the carrier investigation process where possible.

Delivery Responsibility

RamTouch works with third party carriers to deliver your order. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within two full days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date, please contact us so that we can help review the shipment status.
