RamTouch Warranty Information

We are dedicated to providing reliable and efficient EV charging solutions. However, sometimes the unexpected happens. If there’s an issue with your RamTouch product, we provide the below warranty.

Please note, this warranty is offered by iGreen Power Technology Co., Limited of Room 1508, 15th Floor, Phase 2, Yalan Center, 625 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Hong Kong to its customers.

This warranty does not affect your statutory legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.

Limited Warranty

We take pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all RamTouch products (including EV Chargers, EV Cables, and related charging accessories) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions.

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  1. You must have purchased the product directly from RamTouch or a RamTouch authorised dealer;
  2. You must provide proof of the date of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or order confirmation);
  3. You must provide a detailed description of the suspected fault or issue;
  4. You must provide clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue, as requested by our support team;
  5. You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s installation guides and operating instructions.

If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, improper installation, attempted repairs by unauthorised persons, misuse, neglect, accidents, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents), normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.

Warranty Period

Two (2) Year Warranty Period

All RamTouch EV Chargers, EV Cables, and EV charging accessories are covered by a two (2) year warranty from the date of original purchase.

We will make every effort to replace discontinued products but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any discontinued product still under its applicable warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product will be replaced with the equivalent model based on availability.

We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

Warranty Disclaimer

RamTouch provides this warranty in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have. RamTouch does not provide any other express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products depending on your country or region. Nothing in these terms will affect your statutory legal rights.

We supply the products primarily for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business, or re-sale purpose without prior agreement, we may have limited liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

The warranty is available to customers in the regions where the product was originally sold by RamTouch or its authorized dealers. No RamTouch reseller, agent, or employee is authorised to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

How to Submit a Claim

Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting our After-Sales Support team.

  1. Contact Us: Please email our support team at after-sales@ramtouchshop.com or use the contact form on our website: https://www.ramtouchshop.com/pages/contact-us.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number (or proof of purchase), a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing, and attach clear photos and/or videos showing the fault. The more detail you provide, the faster we can assist.
  3. Review: Our support team will review your claim and the provided information. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
  4. Resolution: Based on the review, we will guide you through troubleshooting steps or, if the claim is approved and a defect is confirmed, arrange for a repair or replacement at our discretion. In some cases, we may request the return of the defective unit for inspection (we will provide instructions if this is necessary).

This warranty process does not affect your statutory legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.
