RamTouch is committed to providing reliable and efficient EV charging solutions. If an issue occurs with your RamTouch product, this warranty explains what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to submit a claim.
Two Year Warranty Period
All RamTouch EV chargers, EV charging cables, and related EV charging accessories are covered by a two year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
Warranty Provider
This warranty is offered by iGreen Power Technology Co., Limited of Room 1508, 15th Floor, Phase 2, Yalan Center, 625 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Hong Kong to its customers.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory legal rights and does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.
Limited Warranty Coverage
We warrant to the original purchaser that RamTouch products, including EV chargers, EV cables, and related charging accessories, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials during the applicable warranty period, subject to the conditions stated on this page.
If a defect occurs as a result of intended use in accordance with the product instructions during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product or part at our discretion.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To help us review your warranty claim efficiently, please make sure the following information and conditions are met before submitting your claim.
The product was purchased directly from RamTouch or a RamTouch authorised dealer.
You can provide proof of the date of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation.
You can provide a detailed description of the suspected fault or issue.
You can provide clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue, if requested by our support team.
The product has been used only as intended and in accordance with the product installation guides and operating instructions.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover defects, damage, or performance issues caused by third-party modifications, improper installation, attempted repairs by unauthorised persons, misuse, neglect, accidents, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
Cosmetic damage includes scratches, dents, and similar external marks that do not affect the safe and intended operation of the product.
Replacement Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to replace discontinued products, but we cannot guarantee that an identical replacement will always be available.
If a discontinued product is still within its applicable warranty period and cannot be replaced with an identical product, we may replace it with an equivalent model based on availability.
Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate product or design changes made after your original purchase.
Warranty Disclaimer
RamTouch provides this warranty in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have. RamTouch does not provide any other express warranties other than the warranty set out on this page.
You may also have other legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products depending on your country or region. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory legal rights.
RamTouch products are supplied primarily for domestic and private use. If products are used for commercial, business, or resale purposes without prior agreement, our liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity may be limited.
This warranty is available to customers in regions where the product was originally sold by RamTouch or its authorised dealers. No RamTouch reseller, agent, or employee is authorised to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting our after-sales support team. Please include your order number or proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos and/or videos showing the fault.
