30 Day Right to Return

At RamTouch, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible individual consumer orders may be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

30 Day Return Window

Our return policy extends the standard consumer withdrawal period to 30 days from the day after you receive your goods. This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

Policy Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to eligible individual consumer orders placed directly with RamTouch.

Corporate purchases, trade purchases, resale orders, and bulk purchases exceeding 10 units of a single product are excluded from this 30 day return policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your Statutory Right to Withdraw

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the United Kingdom and similar consumer protection legislation in the European Union, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

RamTouch extends this period to 30 days from the day after you receive the goods for eligible individual consumer orders.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund under our 30 day return policy, the returned item must meet the conditions below.

Unused

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Undamaged

The item must be free from damage caused after delivery, including physical damage, misuse, or improper handling.

Original Packaging

The item should be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Complete Accessories

All original accessories, manuals, cables, bags, labels, and included parts should be returned with the product.

How to Start a Return

To request a return and refund, please contact RamTouch Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order.

Contact Customer Service

Email us at after-sales@ramtouchshop.com or contact us via WhatsApp. Please include your order number and, if possible, the reason for return.

Receive Return Instructions

Our customer service team will provide return instructions, including the designated warehouse address and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Send Back the Goods

Package the item securely with all original accessories and packaging. You should send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal or return request.

Send Tracking Details

After dispatching the return, please send us the courier name and tracking number so that we can identify the parcel and process your refund more efficiently.

Return Address

Please return the item only to the designated warehouse address provided by RamTouch Customer Service.

Do not send returns to a general office address or to any address not confirmed by our support team, as this may delay or prevent refund processing.

Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item because you changed your mind within the 30 day return period, you are responsible for the return postage cost unless otherwise specified by RamTouch or stated on the return label.

If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact our customer service team. You may be entitled to a free return, repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under your statutory rights.

Refund Process

Once the returned item reaches the designated warehouse, we will inspect it to confirm whether it meets the return conditions.

Inspection

We inspect the returned item, accessories, and packaging after the parcel arrives at the designated warehouse.

Approval

If the return meets the conditions of this policy, we will approve the refund.

Refund

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Timing

We will reimburse eligible payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of sending the goods back, whichever is earliest.

Where applicable, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid for the original order. Additional costs for upgraded delivery options may not be refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

This helps ensure that the correct item, price, delivery address, and payment method are processed clearly.

Original Payment Method

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment method.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, defective, or misdescribed goods.

If you believe your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Unauthorised Dealers

RamTouch is not responsible for items purchased from unauthorised dealers, marketplaces, resellers, or third party sellers that are not approved by RamTouch.

If you purchased from a third party seller, please review that seller’s return and refund policy.

Warranty for Faulty Goods
