RamTouch 30-Day Right to Return and Refund Policy

At RamTouch, we are committed to your satisfaction. You have the right to return any undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Eligibility

  • This policy applies to individual consumer orders.
  • Corporate or bulk purchases (orders exceeding 10 units of a single product) are excluded from this policy.

Your Right to Withdraw

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and similar legislation in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Our policy extends this period to 30 days from the day after you receive the goods.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund under our 30-day policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all original accessories.

Initiating a Return

To exercise your right to return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Instructions and Label: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including a return shipping label with the address of the designated warehouse.
  3. Send Back the Goods: Package the item securely, including all original accessories and packaging, and affix the provided return shipping label. You should send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
  4. Notify Us of Shipment: Once you have dispatched the item, please inform RamTouch Customer Service with the courier name and shipment tracking number to help us process your refund efficiently.

Return Address

Please return the item to the designated warehouse as indicated on the return shipping label provided by RamTouch Customer Service.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind (within the 30-day return period), you will be responsible for the cost of return postage, unless otherwise specified on the return label.
  • If the item is faulty or not as described, please contact our customer service team. You may be entitled to a free return or other remedies under your statutory rights.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  2. Refund Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
  3. Refund Timeline: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
  • RamTouch is not responsible for items purchased from unauthorised dealers. Please consult their respective return policies.
